Welcome to The Good App. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any mobile/web feature, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.

2. Purpose of the platform

The Good App is designed to share positive, community-oriented, and verified news content. Users may browse, publish, comment, and interact according to the current product features.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to publish unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, fraudulent, or misleading content. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Content ownership and license

You retain ownership of your original content. By publishing on the platform, you grant The Good App a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and process that content to operate and improve the service.

5. Privacy and location data

When you grant permission, the app may use your device location (GPS latitude/longitude) to provide nearby content experiences (for example, the Near section). You can update or disable location sharing from app settings.

For security and abuse prevention, we may store technical access metadata (such as connection IP and login timestamps).

6. Service availability

We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be modified, suspended, or removed as part of product improvements, maintenance, security, or legal requirements.

7. Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, repeated policy violations, or conduct that puts users or the platform at risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Good App is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
